Welcome to Blog 18, featuring 200 Market Street in downtown Wilmington, a good example of appropriate in-fill development.

This building was developed by John Sutton and Gene Merritt several years ago. It was designed by Ted Trzos from Wilmington.

I think this is a good design that fits into that block.

This Historic Wilmington Foundation thought so as well, giving us a preservation award for this effort.

The purpose of presenting this today is, again, to demonstrate the importance of appropriate development of vacant lots downtown.
