August 13, 2023Bradley Creek Station, located at 5,815 Oleander Drive in Wilmington, is, in my view, a great looking modern commercial building. Being a historic preservationist, I tend to be less excited about modern architecture, but I think this building is a jewel.
This 80,000 square foot retail and office complex was developed by Steve Anderson of SAMM Properties. The rest of the development team included Steve Hall of Maus, Warwick and Matthews Company (leasing) , Brandon Lisk of McKinley Building Corp, Mark Loudermilk of Becker Morgan, Phil Tripp of Tripp Engineering, and Mike Bouton of MSB Development.
Bradley Creek Station boasts some high-quality tenants.
The building opened in July 2020.
Regarding Steve Anderson, he is one of the top real estate developers in New Hanover County, having completed several high-quality projects such as Bradley Creek Station in the Wilmington area. I admire and respect his work.
